Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 500g minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • Olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
  • 450ml Water
  • 400gr canned tomatoes
  • 2 Teaspoons Chili powder

      Preparation method

      1. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small pieces
      2. Take a large pan, put some olive oil in it and heat it
      3. Add the beef, onion and bell pepper to the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Make sure to stir regularly
      4. Drain the excess fat from the pan
      5. Cut the Jalapeño into pieces and remove the seeds. Also cut the garlic into small pieces
      6. Then add the Jalapeño, garlic, tomato paste, canned tomatoes, water and herbs to the pan
      7. Bring it to a boil and then let it simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens
      8. Divide the Chili con Carne between 4 plates and serve immediately
