Tuna Salad

Here we are again with Snack Sunday!
What's on the menu today? A tasty tuna salad with lots of vegetables and proteins! Very quick and easy to make but also very tasty.
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 400g Fusil
- 2 cans of tuna
- 4 eggs
- 90g Green Pesto
- 1 red onion
- 50g arugula
- 400g Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil

- 33g Protein
- 15g Fat
- 31g Carbohydrates
- 5g Fiber
Preparation method
- Fill 2 large pans with water and bring to the boil
- Meanwhile, cut the red onion into rings and the cherry tomatoes in half
- When the water is boiling, put the eggs in one pan and the fusilli in the other. Let the eggs cook for 8 minutes and the fusilli for 6 minutes
- When the fusilli is cooked, drain the water and rinse with cold water
- Place the fusilli in a large bowl and mix with the green pesto and tuna. Make sure to drain the can of tuna before mixing it with the fusilli
- Then add the arugula, red onion, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves
- Peel the shell off the eggs and cut them into quarters
- Divide the salad between 4 plates and place the egg on top
