(Veggie) Chicken wrap

Welcome to this Snack Sunday!

This time we have a tasty Chicken Wrap. This wrap is also very tasty if you make it veggie! It is also easy to make and can be eaten for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 4 (vegetarian) chicken schnitzels
  • 4 XL Tortillas
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 300g lettuce
  • 150ml Honey-Mustard dressing
  • Olive oil
  • Aluminium foil

      Preparation method

      1. Take a large pan, add some olive oil and heat it.
      2. Meanwhile, cut the tomato and cucumber into cubes. Also cut the lettuce into small strips.
      3. When the pan is hot, place the cutlets in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
      4. Heat another pan, this time without oil.
      5. When the pan is hot, place a tortilla in it and heat both sides for 10-15 seconds.
      6. Place the tortilla on a plate and fill it with the cucumber, tomato, lettuce, schnitzel and top with the Honey-Mustard dressing.
