Delivery time and shipping costs

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM (CEST) will be shipped the same day. However, this is not always possible for us, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page gives an indication of the delivery time. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the destination country and are as follows:

• Netherlands: Free
• Belgium: €2.60, Free with orders above €40
• Germany: €2.65, Free with orders above €40
• Austria: €7.49

 Delivery is made by the postman or parcel service of DHL. In general, delivery takes place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM when the delivery address is located in the Netherlands. If you are located outside of the Netherlands you can expect your order in 2-3 business days. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
