Reflection time/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product or maybe there is another reason why you want to return the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation you have 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. We do not charge for returning your package, because we do everything we can to satisfy our customers. If the product does not meet your expectations, we will gladly refund your money. Provided that the product is still sealed. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Gym Natural with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can use our return portal or contact us via info@gymnatural.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation to you. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

How to use the return portal

Go to the Gym Natural return portal.

In the home screen of the return portal you will be asked for your zip code and Track & Trace/order number. Fill this in for the package you wish to return. You will be asked for a reason for returning your package. You don't have to answer this question, but we would appreciate it. This way we know what we can improve on in our products and services. After filling in the requested information, you will receive a shipping label that you can print yourself and stick on the package that you are returning. Please ensure that the products being returned are packed in a sturdy box, preferably the original box. Drop off the package at the nearest DHL point.

I entered a wrong delivery address!

If you accidentally entered a wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the delivery address for you.
