Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you still have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return shipment from your house to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €5.55 per package. Check our return portal for current prices. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Gym Natural with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can use the return portal or contact us via info@gymnatural.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good order.
